Pneumatic Low Limit Relay

The Pneumatic Low Limit Relay is used in pneumatic control systems to prevent a pneumatic signal line pressure from dropping below a minimum preset value. The output of the relay is equal to all input range values down to and including the minimum setting. If input presure falls below the minimum setting, the output of the relay is maintained at the minimum pressure. This feature prohibits system upset that can be caused if the system pressure were allowed to decrease to zero or one psig.
